Animals That you will find while you are staying in this forest

While in the forests of Pennsyvania you will find Members of the Canidae family such as the Foxes and Coyotes. There are many avian species there such as Pileated Wood peckers, Snowy owls up north, and Cardinals.  If your lucky you might spot a black bear from a distance don’t get too close or you could get injured. In order to survive here these animals either have thick coats, migrate to warmer climate like the monarch butterfly, or hibernate. so if you plan on staying here for a ski trip or a winter vacation be sure to pack warm
